KAC provides long-term organized employment services for individuals with disabilities. Work opportunities combined with supportive services, develop and maintain new skills and relationships. Facility based training and employment options are available in the following areas.

Supported Employment Services
KAC Supported Employment Services provides access and assistance with finding and maintaining employment in the community. Individualized job development includes benefits counseling and employer outreach. Both are integral components of the employment planning process. KAC services promote worksite integration through onsite training and job coaching.
